CoolSculpting Elite treatments are safe, easy, and convenient. They are advanced non-surgical fat loss and body contouring with no anesthesia, scalpels, needles, or scars involved. Before your procedure, we will ensure you have a full understanding of what CoolSculpting is and does. You will lie down comfortably on one of our treatment beds. A gel pad may be placed on your skin, and then our Baton Rouge CoolSculpting Elite dual applicators will be placed over two different fatty areas. The skin and fat will be pulled upwards into the applicator, and the controlled freezing is then emitted by the device. Patients often spend procedure time reading, resting, working on their laptops, watching TV, talking on the phone, or simply relaxing during their CoolSculpting sessions. Initially, there may be slight discomfort associated with the cold, but the numbing effect soon sets in. The sensations of undergoing treatment include a tugging or pulling, slight pinching, tingling, and possible aching or cramping. After treatment, the areas will be massaged by one of our specialists to help your body get to work shedding the unwanted fat cells.
